You’ve just found a set of interesting-sounding results on AcademicLabs; smooth sailing! What’s next? Oh great; it’s that arduous task of evaluating these results one by one to see if it answers your questions.

Not so arduous anymore, with AI analysis! Select up to 50 search results, and you can ask them .. well, just about anything!

How can I use it?

You can use AI in 3 places:

  1. search in a document category, like Ongoing research, funded projects, clinical trials, publications, patents or news ⇒ to uncover answers to your specific, complex questions
  2. go to a profile (group, researcher, company…) and then search in their documents (like Ongoing research, funded projects, clinical trials, publications, patents or news) ⇒ to analyze expertise and key activities
  3. search in your bookmark folder in a document category ⇒ to analyze a custom relevant collection you’ve pulled together

  1. Perform a search,
  2. then click the “AI Analyze” button (see below on the screenshot)
  3. select the nr. of results,
  4. enter your question,
  5. click Analyze,
  6. read, download or copy the response.

What do I need to know about the AI?

Workflow Tip: this AI Analysis works well in combo with our Alerts. Every Wednesday, push the button on the coffee machine, go back to your computer and let the AI analyze the new results for your Alert, and by the time you go pick up your coffee you're up-to-date on the latest!
