• The goal of this report is to identify best-fit KOLs
• Structure the report into clearly numbered sections with descriptive headings.
• Begin with a concise introduction and a high-level background overview of the topic to set context.
• Where relevant, evaluate and score profiles using well-defined criteria on a 1–10 scale. Always include a clear scoring legend explaining what low vs high scores represent.
• Include at least one table that compares and ranks the evaluated profiles. Use one column per key criterion with a scoring on a 1-10 scale, include an overall ranking, and provide concise justification for each score.
• Segment the evaluated profiles into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 players based on the scoring and/or qualitative assessment. For each tier, explain why profiles fall into that tier and clearly articulate the differences between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3.
• Provide a detailed, in-depth assessment of the best-fit (Tier 1) profiles, focusing on strategic relevance and practical implications.
• Identify and explain any notable trends, patterns, or clusters that emerge across the evaluated profiles.
• Summarize the key challenges, risks, and constraints, as well as the main opportunities.
• Translate the analysis into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Add any additional sections that meaningfully increase insight or decision value.
• Conclude with a concise, half-page Executive Summary suitable for sharing directly with senior management. </aside>
